Reuel Kim received his Master of Fine Arts degree from the USC Graduate School of Cinematic Arts, the film school consistently ranked #1 in the nation. He trained under award-winning Hollywood veterans there with special emphases on directing, writing, cinematography, and sound design.

Reuel’s production experience spans over 7 years. He has made several short fiction and documentary films, many of which have screened at film festivals and cultural events across the country. Reuel was also formerly the co-director of the Los Angeles Korean International Film Festival.

His most recent narrative work is a short film that he directed called “Forgotten” (2009). In addition to film work, he has written and directed two stageplays, one of which was a musical called “The Tale of Changsu” that played at UCLA’s Royce Hall, one of the nation’s finest concert halls.
